Welcome to CaloriQ, an AI-powered food recognition and calorie tracking application operated by CaloriQ Team ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our App, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. Users under 18 need parent/guardian permission. Our Privacy Policy (available in the App) is part of these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You agree to provide and maintain accurate account information. You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. We may automatically update the App to improve functionality or security.
You agree not to:
Use the App for illegal purposes
Attempt unauthorized access to the App
Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App
Use the App to transmit harmful code
Use automated means to access the App
Our estimates are for informational purposes only. The App is not a medical device. Do not rely solely on the App for critical health decisions. Results may vary based on image quality and other factors.
You retain rights to content you upload, but grant us a license to use it for operating and improving the App. We may use food images you submit to improve our AI technology. Do not submit content that is illegal, infringes on rights, or is offensive.
All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. App Store transactions are managed by Apple, and Apple is the contracting party for your purchases. Refund requests should be submitted directly to Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com or by contacting Apple Support.
The App and its content are owned by CaloriQ Team and protected by intellectual property laws.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. AI-GENERATED NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION IS AN ESTIMATE AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON FOR MEDICAL DECISIONS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
You may terminate by deleting the App. We may terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease.
These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California. We may modify these Terms with notice through the App.
